NOTICE OF JOB OPPORTUNITY

Sunset Pool Management, Inc. (2701 N Pershing Dr, Arlington, VA 22201, 2025246200, email: HRManager@sunsetpoolsmgmt.com) is seeking 60 temporary full time Lifeguards to monitor, assist and protect pool participants; provide safe and clean pool facility; take and record chemical readings; communicate with on-site personnel at multiple locations in the State of Maryland, within the metro Baltimore area, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, and Howard County from 04/01/2024 - 10/31/2024.

Travel to/from multiple locations in company provided transportation. 18 years or older, must be able to swim and work rotating shifts. 40 hrs. M-F, possibly Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4pm, hours and shifts may vary. Will train. Post - employment, upon suspicion & post-accident drug test required, paid by the employer. Optional shared housing available @ $175/week deducted from paycheck.

Wage offer: $15.25/hour, Employer is OT exempt per FLSA 13(a)(3). Employer reserves the right to award merit pay increases and/or bonuses to employees at the employer's discretion. A single workweek will be used for computing wage due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly. Will make all deductions from the workers' paycheck required by law. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period company will reimburse the worker reasonable costs of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. The cost of return transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early for any reason. The amount of transportation reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Daily transportation to/from worksites provided. Will reimburse H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government. Will provide tools, supplies & equipment without charge or deposit charge. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period.
